Piroto Labelling help Northamptonshire health charity

When Northampton based Piroto Labelling saw a plea from Northamptonshire Health Charity for donations, the team was keen to help.

Piroto Managing Director, Leigh Mann, explained, "As a team, we support various local charities by taking part in sponsored cycle rides, cake bakes and raffles each year. Since these activities are on hold due to social distancing, the team wanted to think of another way to help."

Piroto staff members are given the opportunity to nominate a charity that is close to their heart each month. As well as the nominated monthly donation, everyone at Piroto was in agreement that the Northamptonshire Health Charity Wishlist campaign, to support frontline NHS staff and Covid-19 patients, would be an amazing cause.

Leigh Mann continued, "We are in an extremely fortunate position that we have been able to continue production of labels and tags for key industries like food manufacturing, distribution and the pharmaceutical sector at this time. The team wanted to share their good fortune and show their appreciation by supporting frontline health workers."

Northamptonshire Health Charity have set up an Amazon ‘wishlist' making it easy and safe for individuals and Companies to donate supplies, like food and drink for NHS staff, and puzzle books and tablets for patients.

The charity have been overwhelmed by the support coming through and in a statement have said, "We'd like to send a very huge heartfelt thank you to you all."
