Sistrade continues to expand its capabilities in Artificial Intelligence

As manufacturers face increasing pressure for faster estimating, shorter lead times, greater traceability and improved sustainability, Sistrade continues to expand its capabilities in Artificial Intelligence, industrial IoT, cloud computing and advanced data analytics. Its integrated platform connects estimating, production, inventory, purchasing, sales, MES/SCADA, maintenance and Business Intelligence within a single system, providing companies with real-time operational visibility and improved decision-making.

The company is actively developing intelligent tools designed to make manufacturing operations more predictive and autonomous. Current developments include AI-driven production planning and scheduling, predictive maintenance algorithms and advanced performance dashboards that help reduce downtime, optimise resources, improve OEE and minimise waste.

Sistrade has also introduced a beta version of its Smart Assistant (AI), currently being trained across several operational areas including sales, customer support, maintenance, planning and manufacturing. The assistant is designed to support users with data interpretation, routine processes and operational decision-making, with additional AI agents planned for future release.

Alongside its software portfolio, Sistrade provides consultancy, implementation, training and support services to ensure successful digital transformation projects. The company also participates in European and national R&D initiatives linked to Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0, reinforcing its commitment to intelligent, connected and sustainable manufacturing technologies.
